My name is Audra and I am the founder of Audra's Brooches.

I have always collected, worn and loved brooches. They are the punctuation to any fashion statement. In 2017 they became my business. I specialise in brooches dating from the 1880s to the 1980s.

I personally source, research, and photograph every piece that you can pin, clip or fasten. My buying trips have taken me to auctions, fairs and sales all over the UK as well as France, Belgium, Germany and North America. I have procured signed pieces by Trifari, Dior, Henkel and Grosse, Sarah Coventry, Hollywood, Sphinx, Exquisite, and Coro as well as beautiful unsigned pieces from the US, France, Germany, Czechoslovakia, Peru, Mexico, and Austria.

My latest collections include 1930s Machine Age pieces by Jakob Bengel and over 500 styles designed and manufactured in the UK dating from the mid-century to the late 1980s. Unworn and in mint condition, many are gold plated and feature vintage Swarovski and Preciosa stones and crystals.
